Service and the services we offer are an important part of what we do. Having a traditional workshop, trade counter and specialising in a variety of different install disciplines gives us a lot of scope to do things that other companies don’t.

One of our most common services utilised by our clients is our Free Surveys, basically we are quite happy to come along and advise without obligation. It’s a simple way of sounding us out as a company or perhaps to get an alternative input for works, provide possible solution ideas or to inform on the relative standards applicable to a project.

We have experienced and specialist site and bench locksmiths to take care of works requiring skilled, specialist labour both on and off site.

A large number of clients utilise us for installations but also take the opportunity to use our counter and workshop for sourcing or producing a particular key, bringing a lock back to life or to purchase security related products such safes, security chains, ground anchors, lock mechanism and alike.

We provide electronic door force testing with computer generated reports to assess whether doors are operating to the current standards for use by the young, the elderly or those with disabilities.

We have portable electronic colour matching tools so that we can record and colour match our new doors and entrances to existing installations. We service, maintain and supply entrances, exits, automated doors and all the ironmongery and mechanisms associated with them.

We service, maintain and supply window hinge mechanisms and locking systems.
Our membership with the British Standards Institute means we automatically receive updates, amendments and new issues of standards relating to all our core installation disciplines allowing us to keep our clients up to date with all the latest standards.

We design and build master key systems, each one unique to each client to allow key holders access exactly as required. We are able to provide special finishes on architectural ironmongery and source unusual or hard to get items.
